Job summary

Colliers Project Leaders is seeking a Project Manager to join our Owner's Rep team in San Antonio, TX, focusing on data center projects. The role requires leading all phases of construction, coordinating design and field activities, and managing budgets and schedules with internal and external stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of project management experience in data centers or related fields, proficiency with Procore and MS Project or P6, and a track record of guiding teams through

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering or a similar field.
• 5+ years of project management experience; 7–10 years preferred.
• Data Center and General Contractor experience preferred.
• Experience in CSA (civil, structural, architectural) and MEP construction management is a requirement.
• Knowledge of MS Project or P6 and Procore software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of assigned construction projects from pre-construction to closeout.
• Coordinate design phases, document management, and stakeholder communication.
• Supervise contractors, oversee safety, and manage budget, scope, and schedule.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly project reports and forecasts.
