Job summary

ENFRA LLC in Florida is seeking a Data Center Project Executive to lead project teams, manage execution, controls, and financials for a hyperscale data center project.

You will oversee PMs and engineers, mentor staff, ensure safety, budgeting, and active client relations, with travel limited to the job site.

This role requires 7+ years of PM experience, 3+ years on hyperscale projects, and modular construction expertise.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a project management role on a hyperscale data center project.
• 7+ years of verifiable project management experience.
• Modular construction experience and fabricated mechanical/plumbing systems.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong industry knowledge and understanding of market conditions.
• Ability to multitask and perform duties beyond the standard scope when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Monitor budgets and labor productivity; ensure cost control.

• Be the BIM and Fabrication unit's key contact and liaison.
• Accountable for project completion, financials, customer satisfaction.
• Review monthly financials and cost reviews; resolve deviations.
• Build strong customer relations with contractors, vendors, and owners.

Overview

The Data Center Project Executive is responsible for management of the project team, high level execution, project controls, project engineering, cost, risk and project management of a particular project. They are maintaining and acting in accordance with the Companies’ core values and to lead by example.

Responsibilities

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Management of all project team members (Project Managers, Project Engineers, and administrative staff) - Project teams could range from 10-50 employees.
• Champion project safety and risk management for the company.
• Mentors and trains project managers for fast-paced growth development and apply the Company people practices.
• Understands, explains and monitors financial budgets and labor productivity goals.
• 100% Detailed/hands-on knowledge of Project Requirements and Deliverables.
• Solid & capable of understanding of building processes and systems.
• Cost Control/Billings/Collections/Change Management/Monthly Status Reports.
• Completes understanding of cost estimating, budgeting and forecasting.
• Key point of contact for the BIM and Fabrication business units.
• Accountable for project completion and financials, Critical Success Factors, Customer Satisfaction Results.
• Reviews monthly financial reports and PM cost reviews, analyze deviations from plan or schedule, work with project management staff to resolve issues and keep business unit operations manager and business unit manager informed on any major issues and plans.
• Builds and maintains strong customer relations with general contractors, subcontractors, vendors and owners, to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• Mission Critical project experience: 3+ years in a project management role on a hyperscale data center project.
• Project Management: Minimum of 7+ years of verifiable project management experience.
• Modular Construction: Verifiable experience in modular construction and fabricated mechanical/plumbing systems.
• Communication: Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Execution and adaptability: Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Industry knowledge: Strong understanding of the industry, market conditions, and the Company’s competitors.
• Flexibility: Ability to multitask and perform duties outside the standard scope of work when necessary.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associate’s degree or higher in Engineering, Construction Management, or related degree
• Mechanical, Plumbing, and/or HVAC Contractors License

Travel Requirements:

• Will only work at this job site(s)/office location.

Pay Range

USD $134,430.00 - USD $179,425.00 /Yr.
