Job summary

Google LLC is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead complex, multi-disciplinary data center programs across multiple sites. You will plan requirements, identify risks, manage schedules, and communicate with cross-functional partners from engineers to executives.

You will guide end-to-end projects, including utilities, site civil works, and coordination with external firms, with a strong focus on deadlines, budgets, and scalable infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in program management.
• 5 years of experience managing multi-group, multi-disciplinary construction projects.
• 2 years of experience with electrical and mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple, simultaneous data center site/civil development projects in due-diligence and master planning.
• Gather internal requirements and deliver solutions that satisfy customer needs.
• Maintain end-to-end responsibility of large-scale utility projects from concept to construction, adhering to timelines and costs.
• Manage large-scale utility coordination as sites grow with capacity needs and manage on-site construction works.
• Support special R&D experiments, renovations, and upgrades as they impact utilities.
