Qualifications

• 2–4 years of data center infrastructure and critical facilities experience.
• Hands-on structured copper and fiber cabling and testing.
• Exposure to data center monitoring and alarm systems.

Responsibilities

• Support physical deployment and maintenance of data center technologies and infrastructure.
• Perform end-to-end monitoring, testing, capacity planning, preventive maintenance, and repair of data center equipment.
• Support electrical, alarming, and monitoring systems per vendor specifications.
• Assist with structured copper and fiber cabling, cable testing, cabinet consolidation, and documentation.
• Support hardware installs, break and fix activities, and equipment decommissions.
• Participate in disaster recovery and preventive maintenance activities.
• Document procedures and communicate status and progress to stakeholders.
• Work independently while partnering with the primary onsite critical facilities resource.
