Job summary

Qualifications

• Engineering degree (Electrical, Mechanical, Materials).
• 5+ years of product development experience leading technical projects.
• Wire and cable industry experience with cable constructions and manufacturing.
• Data center experience with related products or requirements.
• Experience with UL, CSA and NEC standards and testing.
• Ability to interpret and develop cable specifications.
• Onsite work 5 days per week with travel 20-30%.
• Leadership for cross‑functional teams and external stakeholders.
• Travel to customer sites, conferences, and internal locations.

Responsibilities

• Attend industry conferences and represent Prysmian at data center events.
• Engage with customers and suppliers to gather insights and influence decisions.
• Contribute to cable specifications discussions with UL/CSA/IEC/NEC.
• Bridge market needs with product capabilities for new opportunities.
• Lead definition and development of new data center products.
• Adapt quickly to market changes and provide updates across the company.
• Manage full product lifecycle from concept to cost improvements.
• Collaborate across multiple sites and cross‑functional teams.
