MG2, an affiliate of Colliers Engineering & Design, seeks a Principal Architect - Data Centers to lead our CP Market studio operations and growth across US offices. The role focuses on project leadership, staffing, and client relationship management, driving annual revenue and strategic initiatives.

The Principal will oversee budgets, workflow, and cross-market collaboration while nurturing key client partnerships and pursuing new opportunities aligned with firm goals.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead large-scale studio operations and financial management.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across diverse teams.
• Track record in developing and pursuing strategic initiatives.
• Experience in business development, proposals, and RFP responses.
• Ability to manage staffing resources across multiple markets and locations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staffing assignments and build project teams for design and delivery excellence.
• Bring in new clients and revenue targets for the studio.
• Manage project team performance and budgets across resources.
• Collaborate with market leaders to set strategic direction for the design practice.
• Lead firm-wide strategic initiatives and annual business planning.
• Oversee cross-market collaboration and integration of regional practices.
• Develop proposals, RFP responses, and business development efforts.
• Monitor risks and implement mitigation aligned with firm goals.
