Job summary

Generac is seeking a Site Coordinator for Data Centers in multiple Arkansas locations (Little Rock, Russellville, Conway). You will coordinate technicians across sites for installation, commissioning, service and troubleshooting of RICE-based power generation equipment, supporting safe and efficient execution and ensuring alignment with customer, quality and schedule requirements.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, 7 years of relevant experience, and 3 years coordinating

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, mechatronic or industrial engineering or equivalent.
• 7+ years in installation, commissioning, service or maintenance of power generation equipment (RICE).
• 3+ years coordinating technicians across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate technicians across multiple sites for installation, commissioning and service.
• Plan work priorities, technician deployment and site coverage.
• Ensure safety, quality and schedule adherence for engine and generator work.
• Provide daily reporting on site activities and resource needs.
