Qualifications

• 1+ years' experience of working in Data Center environments.
• Experience in ITIL controlled environment with knowledge of Change Control & Incident Management.
• Minimum 1 year experience using Microsoft Office and CRM databases.

Responsibilities

• First line escalation point for serious incidents or technical issues.
• Manage asset record updates and track asset status.
• Carry out daily security and cleanliness checks of Data Center.

Skills

Experience in Data Center environments

Knowledge of copper and fiber cabling installations

Ability to prioritize effectively
