Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. seeks a Data Center Operations Supervisor for the WE 3rd Shift to lead daily warehouse operations and cultivate a high-performance team. You will coach staff, ensure quality, and uphold our GXO standards and 7S program in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires at least 2 years of relevant experience, MS Office and scanner familiarity, and flexibility for overtime, weekends, and varying shifts. A related degree and supervisory background are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and scanner equipment.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including overtime and weekends.
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related field (preferred).
• 2 years of supervisory or managerial experience (preferred).
• Experience in AS9100 or ISO environments; warehousing or 3PL experience (preferred).

What you’ll do on a typical day:

What you need to succeed at GXO:

At a minimum, you’ll need:

• 2 years of relevant work experience
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) and computerized scanner equipment
• Availability to work a flexible schedule as needed, including planned and unplanned overtime, which may include weekends

It’d be great if you also have:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or a related field
• 2 years of managerial or supervisory experience
• Experience in an AS9100 or ISO environment
• Warehousing or Third-Party Logistics (3PL) experience

This job requires the ability to:

• Lift objects of various shapes, sizes and weights
• Stand, sit or walk for extended periods of time
• Reach (including above your head), bend, climb, push, pull, twist, squat and kneel
• Handle or manage tools or equipment
• Tolerate hot or cold warehouse environments
