Qualifications
7 or more years in a mechanical/electrical position within critical facilities.
3-5 years' experience in administering and managing facility maintenance programs and budgets.
3-5 years' experience in vendor and project management.
Responsibilities
Manage vendor relationships and service contracts.
Ensure data center operates at maximum operational efficiency.
Provide day-to-day exceptional customer service and support.
Skills
Expert understanding of electrical and mechanical systems
Expert knowledge of NEC, NFPA standards
Expert knowledge of fiber optics and cabling infrastructure
Expert knowledge of energy efficiency best practices
Proficient in Electrical and Mechanical systems commissioning
Education
