Responsibilities

• Manage daily data center operations and align priorities with company objectives.
• Communicate priorities and ensure smooth hand-offs to oncoming shift leads.
• Collaborate globally to resolve infrastructure and network architecture challenges.
• Hire, coach, and develop a high-performing delivery team to meet goals.
• Enforce safety culture on-site while fostering a collaborative team environment.

• Experience working in data center environments, including building and operating infrastructure, and network and compute architecture and lifecycle, and Linux/Unix system administration.
• Experience with initiating and executing initiatives in a global environment
• Track record of leading and improving Environmental Health and Safety initiatives.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $138000 - $200000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits
