Responsibilities

• Manage and support 15-20 Data Center Technicians.
• Oversee 7/24 operations in a mission-critical environment.
• Coordinate installation, change orders, and hardware break/fix.
• Ensure timely delivery of services to meet milestones and KPIs.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Build, Site Selection, and Operations.
• Drive recruitment and create a culture of continuous improvement.
