Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of experience managing technical teams in charge of operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, and controls infrastructure and components.
• Experience in mentoring or developing managers.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor and support physical facilities conditions in data center environments.
• Inspect, maintain and repair data center systems such as electrical, mechanical, and HVAC components.
• Develop creative approaches to reducing operational costs while improving data center efficiency.
• Manage data center performance issues and outages to minimize recovery time in emergencies.
• Ensure environmental and safety standards are consistently met.
