Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years enterprise data center operations experience.
• Experience managing enterprise or colocation facilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations across enterprise data centers with high availability.
• Oversee rack installations, server deployments, cable management and lifecycle activities.
• Control power, cooling, space utilization and capacity planning.
• Coordinate with smart hands, field engineers and vendors.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, standards, and documentation.
• Ensure security, safety and audit compliance.
