Spectrum is offering a paid, full-time 11-week internship for students pursuing IT, CIS or CS degrees. The program runs May 26 through August 6, 2027, with mentoring, professional development, networking and final presentations. Eligible students must be rising seniors with a 3.0+ GPA and authorization to work in the U.S.

without sponsorship. Interns will work on department and intern cohort projects, receive mentorship, and participate in development sessions, webinars and community activities.

Qualifications

• Must be a rising senior with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and May 2028.
• Must be currently enrolled in an accredited College or University completing a bachelor’s degree.
• Must have at least a 3.0 GPA or greater in current program.
• Ability to travel locally to Spectrum intern development events and activities throughout the program.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without restrictions or need for future sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• The Datacenter Network Design team is responsible for all networking architecture and design within the Charter data centers. They lead our move to infrastructure as code, and AI driven code development in the network space.
• The intern will be mentoring with principal network engineers to solve network design challenges and develop AI driven automation for the data center networking space.
