Job summary

Manhattan Construction Company in Tulsa, OK seeks a Superintendent 1 to lead field operations, ensuring safe, timely, and profitable project completion. This role demands strong leadership, organization, and communication with clients and teams.

You will direct day-to-day supervision, review pay apps and invoices, develop site logistics with the Project Manager, and uphold QA/QC and safety programs. Travel may be required; a Bachelor’s in CM/Engineering or related experience is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent; related experience may substitute on a one-to-one basis.
• 6 years of industry experience; leadership on at least two projects or equivalent responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day on-site supervision of field labor force.
• Review and approve trade contractor pay applications and material invoices with the Project Manager.
• Develop and maintain site logistics plan with the Project Manager; coordinate QA/QC and safety programs.
• Attend and lead project meetings; create daily reports and report quantities.
