Qualifications

• 3 years’ experience with commercial mechanical systems preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical plans.

• Monitor performance and perform preventative maintenance on HVAC equipment.
• Handle general facility needs including plumbing and fire protection.
