The role requires 5–10 years in mechanical construction and a proven client-relations track record, with strong budgeting and change-order management. A bachelor’s degree in CM/Engineering or related field is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Construction Management, Business, or Engineering preferred.
• Proven track record in project management and client relations.
• Strong financial acumen with ability to monitor budgets and change orders.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to ensure on-time, on-budget completion of data center projects.
• Coordinate with departments, subcontractors and vendors to meet project goals.
• Develop, manage, and optimize project plans, schedules, and scopes of work.
• Coach and mentor project team members and cultivate client trust.
