  • Oversee IT equipment installations, relocations, and decommissions.
  • Ensure compliance with all industry standards and maintain documentation.
  • Prepare Method Statements and Risk Assessments.
  • Identify and resolve complex operational issues and drive improvements.
  • Model CBRE's RISE values in daily leadership.

What You'll Do
  • Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, train, and develop a dedicated team, fostering growth and conducting performance evaluations.
  • Operational Management: Coordinate daily activities, establish schedules, assign tasks, and ensure timely completion of work orders, PMs, and repairs within SLAs.
  • Client & Stakeholder Relations: Manage client relationships, meet MSA requirements, and communicate effectively with senior management on critical issues.
  • Infrastructure Assurance: Oversee facility and IT equipment installations, relocations, and decommissions, ensuring compliance with all standards.
  • Quality & Standards: Verify pristine data hall conditions, ensure all deployments meet industry standards, and maintain meticulous documentation.
  • Risk & Methodologies: Prepare and present Method Statements and Risk Assessments.
  • Problem Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve complex operational issues, contributing to process enhancements.
