Job summary

Google is seeking a Data Center Maintenance Planner Program Manager to drive maintenance planning, scheduling, and CMMS administration across sites. You will lead cross-functional teams to prioritize tasks, optimize resources, and ensure safe, efficient execution of maintenance activities.

The role emphasizes coordinating with site supervisors, technicians, and vendors, developing future maintenance plans, and ensuring equipment reliability across complex electrical and HVAC systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 1 year of experience in program or project management.
• Experience with computerized, electrical and or mechanical maintenance.
• Experience with utilizing CMMS for scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end flow of maintenance work orders and plan resources.
• Act as the CMMS site-level administrator and maintain equipment files, BOMs, PM schedules and safety records.
• Collaborate with site supervisors, technicians, SMEs, and facility management to set priorities and improve operations.
• Provide equipment-related guidance to improve PM activities and long-term maintenance plans.
• Coordinate external maintenance vendors to align with data center goals.
