Job summary

CBRE DIRECTLINE, a CBRE Data Center Solutions business, is seeking a Logistics & Warehouse Specialist to ensure adequate material for projects. You will process shipments, prepare orders, maintain inventory, and uphold safety standards.

The role requires a valid driver's license, forklift experience, and strong organizational skills. A High School diploma is required with 3+ years of warehouse experience; a Bachelor's degree is preferred, and HVAC/electrical/mechanical training is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years related warehouse, shipping and receiving experience.
• Technical training in HVAC controls, electrical controls and/or mechanical systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Complete shipments by processing and loading orders.
• Prepare orders by processing requests and supply orders, pulling materials and packing boxes.
• Maintain inventory controls by tracking stock locations and printing requests.
• Uphold quality service by following organizational standards.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment and comply with procedures.
• Complete reports by entering required information.
• Keep technical knowledge up to date by attending workshops and reviews.
• Contribute to team effort by achieving related results as needed.
• Drive a box truck or company van with a valid license.
• Operate a forklift as part of daily tasks.
