Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Previous data center experience desirable.
• Ability to utilize computer.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming/outgoing hardware (servers, parts, cables) and manage inventory and asset tagging.
• Install servers (rack and stack), connect power and network cables, troubleshoot basic hardware issues.
• Prepare hardware before deployment with labeling, configuration, and quality checks.
• Perform routine data center hardware installation with proper documentation and procedures.
• Respond to alerts and incidents to minimize downtime.
• Perform maintenance and upgrades on servers, troubleshoot, and resolve outages.
• Maintain environmental conditions to prevent overheating and infrastructure damage.
• Maintain data center security protocols and control access to systems and facilities.
• Protect compliance and sensitive data according to policy and protocols.
