The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of project management experience in data center or commercial construction, strong vendor management skills, and proficiency in Procore. This role involves collaborating with various teams to ensure timely delivery and quality of equipment, alongside managing project budgets and documentation. Great attention to detail and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Project Management experience in data center or commercial construction.
• Experience with Electrical and Mechanical infrastructure systems is required.
• Strong proficiency in Procore and spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Manage OFCI Equipment procurement process from vendor purchase order to project closeout.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and contractors to define critical project timelines.
• Ensure quality control throughout the procurement process.
