Job summary

Meta is seeking an experienced Data Center Site Logistics Operations Lead in Olympia, WA to drive on-site logistics, asset governance, and process improvements across IBOS. You will partner with site managers, cross-functional teams, and external vendors to ensure safe, SOX-compliant, and cost-efficient operations, while delivering analytics and KPIs to leadership.

Qualifications

10+ years experience in data center logistics or similar environment.
Experience in business analysis/program management and process mapping.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with as-is/to-be process mapping and data analysis.

Responsibilities

Lead Site Logistics Operations through project assignment and prioritization.
Supervise logistics operations to meet IBOS 4S standards.
Serve as primary IBOS contact for the data center and drive leadership discussions.
Manage material movement, inventory, shipping and receiving across the region.
Monitor KPIs and dashboards to drive improvements.
Partner with EH&S to ensure safety compliance.
Travel up to 10%.
