Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field requested.
• Experience in Warehousing, Inventory Control, Logistics or similar.
• Valid Driver's License required and ability to lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Support daily logistics operations strategies including staging and material storage.
• Assist with task coordination and provide support to team members to help meet daily operational goals.
• Promote adherence to SOPs and safety protocols across all logistics functions.
• Monitor asset inventory records and participate in audits to ensure data accuracy and accountability.
• Partner with internal teams to fulfill logistics requirements.
• Help train and onboard new logistics personnel, ensuring understanding of workflows and safety guidelines.
• Lead the development and maintenance of SOPs and Work Instructions for consistency.
• Deliver operational reports to management as SME.
• Contribute to root-cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Elevate operational issues or risks to site leadership.
• Foster a clean, safe and organized work environment.
