Job summary

Finish Line Staffing, LLC is hiring Licensed Journeyman Electricians for a long-term data center construction project in Haskell, Texas. This is a full-time opportunity offering $55.00 per hour, with 50–60 hours per week and 2–3 years of anticipated work.

Candidates should be prepared for consistent overtime and to work in a team environment on a large-scale data center. Data center experience is strongly preferred and U.S. work authorization is required.

Qualifications

• Licensed Journeyman Electrician required.
• Data center construction experience strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of electrical installation practices and applicable codes.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Install, terminate, and troubleshoot electrical systems on a large-scale data center project.
• Install conduit, cable tray, feeders, and branch circuits.
• Read and interpret electrical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
• Ensure installations comply with codes and project requirements.
• Coordinate with other trades and electrical crews.
• Maintain a safe and organized jobsite; prioritize quality and safety.
