Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in ISP / structured cabling environments.
• Proficiency in fiber terminations and copper installations.
• Ability to read and follow blueprints and network diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Install, terminate, label, and test fiber optic and copper cabling.
• Dress racks, cabinets, and install grounding systems.
• Conduct and document fiber and copper certification testing.
• Communicate job progress with foremen and clients.

Skills

ISP / structured cabling experience

Fiber terminations (LC, SC, MPO)

Rack-and-stack knowledge

Fluke testing familiarity
