Job summary

Align is seeking a Technical Project Manager to oversee large-scale data center cabling and IT infrastructure deployments across the U.S. The role focuses on planning, coordination, documentation, reporting, and delivery, with 50% travel and potential relocation support.

You will manage schedules, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communications while partnering with field teams, vendors, and clients to ensure safe, on-time, and on-budget deployments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience supporting data centers or large IT infrastructure deployments.
• Experience coordinating multiple teams, vendors and sites with strong client-facing skills.
• Proven ability to manage schedules, budgets, risks, and documentation.
• Excellent organization and written/read communication skills.
• Proficiency with Excel and project-management software.

Responsibilities

• Lead data center cabling and infrastructure projects from planning to closeout.
• Develop and maintain schedules, budgets, milestones, risk logs, and resource plans.
• Coordinate with clients, field teams, subcontractors, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Track progress and resolve schedule or deployment issues; manage RFIs and closeout docs.
• Support QA/QC, testing, turnover, and project closeout activities.
