Qualifications

• Extensive experience in engineering program management and mission-critical infrastructure delivery.
• Proven ability to operate within ambiguous, cross-functional engineering programs with shifting requirements, urgent timelines, and high-stakes risk.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional programs that include network, controls, electrical, mechanical, construction, or operations.
• Strong technical fluency in data center deployment, telemetry, rack deployment, and infrastructure handoff.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with crisp status reporting.

Responsibilities

• Translate infrastructure goals into clear workstream charters, milestones, owners, and execution plans.
• Build and maintain integrated schedules, dependency maps, risk registers, and readiness trackers.
• Coordinate across network, controls, structural, electrical, mechanical, and operations teams.
• Define design milestones with third-party teams, basis-of-design development, and design reviews.
• Manage vendor deliverables, submittals, and installation/readiness evidence.
• Drive readiness tracking for production and non-production programs, including handoff readiness.
