Job summary

Evergreen Talent Partners is seeking experienced HVAC / Chiller Technicians to support critical infrastructure and data center environments for a leading HVAC manufacturer. This on-site role offers $35–$40 per hour plus overtime, a company vehicle, and full benefits.

You will install, maintain, and repair HVAC and chiller systems, troubleshoot with schematics and diagnostic tools, travel to sites, and ensure peak performance in data-center settings while upholding safety and customer service.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HVAC experience, data center or industrial a strong advantage.
• Welding capability for HVAC repairs/modifications preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC and chiller systems.
• Troubleshooting equipment using schematics and diagnostic tools.
• Performing routine maintenance and service calls.
• Working within critical data center environments.
• Collaborating with clients to deliver tailored HVAC solutions.
• Maintaining accurate service and maintenance records.
• Assisting with system design, modifications, and upgrades.
• Welding and system modifications where required.
• Traveling to job sites in company vehicles.
