Job summary

Salute is seeking a hands-on Data Center MSO II – HVAC & Mechanical Specialist to support facility operations in Lenoir, NC. You will maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and control systems across critical infrastructure to ensure reliable performance.

The role requires a minimum of 2 years HVAC maintenance experience, EPA 608 certification, and strong communication with clients and team. On-site schedule and comprehensive benefits accompany competitive pay.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years HVAC maintenance experience.
EPA 608 certification required (or ability to obtain within 30 days).
Data center or critical infrastructure experience preferred.
Journeyman-level HVAC knowledge with focus on energy efficiency.

Responsibilities

Perform daily HVAC maintenance activities and adhere to schedules and safety standards.
Monitor HVAC performance and coordinate troubleshooting with clients and team.
Coordinate seasonal operations such as winterization and peak cooling prep.
Create and maintain documentation of HVAC operations and asset history.
