Job summary

Carrier Global Corporation seeks an experienced HVAC Foreman Data Center Chiller Technician to lead commissioning and ongoing maintenance of high‑capacity cooling systems in a data center environment. You will diagnose, repair, and optimize chillers while coordinating with field teams to ensure reliability and uptime.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Maintain a valid Driver’s License
• EPA Universal
• 5+ years working experience in the HVAC Industry
• Experience operating, maintaining, and repairing high-capacity chillers (300+ tons)
• Ability to lift 50lbs and work on rooftops for extended periods

Responsibilities

• Participate in startup and commissioning of new units at a state‑of‑the‑art facility.
• Perform diagnostic tests, troubleshoot malfunctions, and perform scheduled maintenance on heating and cooling units.
• Review regulatory requirements and technical documents including blueprints and diagrams.
• Build strong customer relationships and escalate issues to ensure timely resolution.
• Prioritize safety by following licensing, operating equipment safely, and completing safety training.
