Job summary

SpaceXAI is seeking a data center engineering professional to design, analyze, and implement advanced fluid and HVAC systems for world-class facilities in Memphis, TN. You will own the fluid components, perform CAD modeling, and collaborate with multiple disciplines to ensure timely delivery and reliability.

The role requires a engineering degree, experience with fluids systems, and a track record of leading complex projects; PE license and senior experience are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline.
• 1+ years of professional experience working with various fluids components such as valves, pumps, COPVs, compressors, heat exchangers, pressure transducers, or temperature sensors.
• Senior: PE License and 10+ years of experience with fluids components; proven leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own and be the subject matter expert on fluid/HVAC components across data center builds (chillers, pumps, dry coolers, water storage, heating/cooling, heat exchangers, systems).
• Perform CAD modeling and 3D deconfliction with other disciplines.
• Conduct fluid analyses for pressure balance, design allowances, and consumables.
• Coordinate with procurement/construction to select and procure equipment meeting timeline, cost, and performance.
• Ensure designs are manufacturable and reliable for transition to production.
