Job summary

CoreWeave is hiring a Finance Manager, Data Centers, to strengthen the Data Center Finance team’s planning and analytical capabilities. This hands-on role reports to the Senior Manager of Data Center Finance and collaborates with Senior Financial Analysts to build models, run planning cycles, and translate analyses into executive-ready narratives that improve data center profitability and cost discipline.

You will own complex workstreams, lead cross-functional partnerships, and drive automation

Qualifications

• 6+ years FP&A or similar experience with cross-functional influence.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to work with detailed data.
• Experience building and maintaining complex financial and operational models.

Responsibilities

• Execute OpEx planning, forecasting, and performance analysis for data centers.
• Build and maintain detailed financial models for power footprint and site costs.
• Lead monthly, quarterly, annual, and long-range planning cycles with variance analysis.
• Deliver accurate financial reports and executive presentations; ensure policy compliance.
• Collaborate with Data Center Operations, Capacity Planning, and Power & Sustainability.
• Identify and realize cost-saving opportunities across recurring and non-recurring expenses.
