Qualifications

• 3–5 years in estimating, project coordination, or data center construction.
• Proficient in Excel, Bluebeam; experience with estimating software.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing cost estimates, BOMs, and labor projections for data center projects.
• Interpret blueprints and specifications to determine project requirements.
• Collaborate with engineers, field ops, and procurement to validate quantities and quotes.
• Perform take-offs for data center systems (cabling, electrical, mechanical).
• Support bid prep and client proposals; update cost data and vendor rates.
