Job summary

AWS Infrastructure Services owns the design, planning, delivery, and operation of all AWS global infrastructure. You will be part of the Data Center Engineering Operations team, performing hands-on electrical and mechanical maintenance to keep mission-critical facilities reliable.

Typical duties include monitoring BMS/EPMS, troubleshooting rack-level events, and performing PM, with shifts that can be up to 12 hours and may rotate.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
• 2+ years of electrical or mechanical experience.
• Ability to work on a flexible schedule including days, nights, and/or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Daily building rounds to monitor electrical, mechanical, and fire/life safety equipment for 24/7 reliability.
• Monitor Building Management Systems (BMS) and Electrical Power Management System (EPMS).
• Assist in troubleshooting facility and rack-level events within internal SLAs.
