Job summary
Hamilton Barnes Associates Limited is looking for a Data Center Engineer to provide onsite technical support within a client data center environment in Nevada, Iowa. The role entails troubleshooting complex issues and coordinating operational activities while ensuring high standards of service delivery.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Telecoms Infrastructure and be able to offer leadership and mentoring to junior staff. The position offers a base salary of $90,000 and benefits including health, dental, vision, and 401k.
Qualifications
- Qualified and highly experienced in physically building Telecoms Infrastructure services from plans and to Quality requirements.
- Demonstrates extensive hands-on experience and advanced technical skills.
- Experience in providing network test and fault finding.
Responsibilities
- Provide First Line Maintenance support for Indigo Telecom Group.
- Carry out installation and commissioning duties.
- Respond to all interventions in a timely manner.
- Provide on-call cover as required.
- Lead on resolving complex technical problems.
