Job summary

Tarpon Specialty Services is assembling a statewide pool of electricians for Texas data center projects. Electricians from Lubbock and the South Plains will travel to work across the state.

We are seeking journeyman, apprentice and lead electricians from Lubbock, Plainview, Levelland, Brownfield, Slaton, Post and nearby communities for long-term, high-hour work on critical-power construction.

Qualifications

• Current applicable Texas electrical license or registration.
• Hands-on electrical construction experience.
• Ability to satisfy project employment and site requirements.
• Willing to travel, overtime and extended schedules.
• Dependable attendance and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Install electrical systems and wiring on data center construction sites.
• Interpret blueprints and one-line diagrams; install panels, transformers and switchgear.
• Install grounding, UPS, generators and backup-power systems.
• Support commissioning, testing and startup activities.
