Job summary

Rinvio is seeking on-site electricians in Ashburn, VA for full-time W-2 roles ranging from journeyman to foreman. Work hours are from 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Travel is not required, and benefits are available. Ideal candidates have 4+ years in electrical trades, with commercial or data center experience preferred. The position emphasizes interpreting drawings, installing and maintaining electrical controls, and leading field activities.

Qualifications

• Four+ years in electrical trade, experience in commercial settings or data centers is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with installation, maintenance, and fault diagnosis of electrical systems.
• Ability to read drawings, sketches, and wiring diagrams.
• Journeyman or master electrician licensure is desirable but not required.
• Demonstrated leadership for foreman level consideration.
• Pass background screening and drug testing.

Responsibilities

• Review drawings, diagrams, and specs to plan installation methods and task order.
• Install, service, and repair electrical controls and distribution hardware.
• Cut and bend wire and conduit to required shapes.
• Use tools and measurement instruments to perform installations.
• Test system components and diagnose faults with corrective actions.
• Request materials, track inventory, and keep records updated.
• Follow safety procedures and report risks.
