Newmark is seeking a Data Center Building Engineer/Electrician to provide operational support for a critical data center in New Jersey. You will monitor facility systems, perform maintenance on electrical, mechanical, BAS/BMS, security and fire protection systems, and respond to faults and emergencies to ensure continuous operations.
The role requires reading blueprints, developing SOPs/EOPs, and coordinating with outside contractors, while maintaining compliance with codes and safety
Provide operational support and technical services for the critical data center.
This role is for 2nd shift from 3pm - 11pm

$78,200 - $83,200 annually
The expected base salary for this position ranges from $78,200 - $83,200 annually. The actual base salary will be determined on an individualized basis taking into account a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, education, and, where applicable, licenses or certifications held. In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package (including health, vision, and dental insurance, paid time off and a 401(k) retirement plan with employer matching), this position may be eligible for additional types of compensation including discretionary bonuses and other short- and long-term incentives (e.g., deferred cash, equity, etc.).
