Job summary

Enercon Services, Inc. in Kennesaw, GA invites energetic electrical engineering students to join our Data Center Mission Critical internship.

You’ll design and evaluate electrical systems for power-generating facilities, work across disciplines, and gain hands-on experience on real energy and data-center projects. This internship emphasizes collaboration, growth, and practical problem-solving in a fast-paced setting, with opportunities to contribute to modern power infrastructure while traveling

Qualifications

• Graduating with a bachelor’s or master’s degree from an ABET-accredited school in one of our listed preferred majors.
• Preferred grad date between December 2027 and June 2028.
• Available to start on an agreed upon date between May 2027 and June 2027.
• Preferred Courses: Circuit Analysis (could be called Circuits I, Circuits II, Intro to Circuits, etc.), Power Systems (could be called Electric Power, Electric Machines, Power Systems, Power Engineering, etc.), and Control Systems.
• A solid working foundation with your major’s core concepts.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite.
• Excellent writing, presentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to be an individual contributor and work effectively in teams.
• Ability to effectively problem solve.
• Must be able to climb stairs and ladders at client sites.
• Must be able to effectively navigate client sites to conduct walkdowns.
• Must be able to work outside.
• Ability and willingness to travel for client and company projects and/or meetings.
