Job summary

CBRE in Clarksville, TN is seeking an EHS leader to architect and drive health, safety, and environmental initiatives across hyperscale data centers. You will oversee incident response readiness, compliance programs, and safety protocols for power, HVAC, and cooling systems to protect staff and surrounding communities.

This role requires 3–5 years of relevant experience (degree preferred) and strong teamwork, communication, and Microsoft Office skills.

Qualifications

Experience leading health, safety, and environmental programs.
Ability to interpret site-level EHS programs and standby resources.
Strong communication and incident triage skills.
Experience with emergency response and regulatory requirements.
Ability to operate in high-stress environments.

Responsibilities

Lead EHS initiatives across data center portfolio including incident response readiness.
Ensure 24/7 readiness and effectiveness of emergency response processes.
Manage EHS site operations on multiple shifts.
Drive regulatory, legal, and compliance initiatives.
Provide remote guidance for sites without direct EHS support.
Review incidents weekly for classification, trends, and escalations.
Collaborate with Security and Business Continuity on shelter-in-place and evacuations.
Model CBRE RISE values and influence stakeholders to reach agreements.
