You will collaborate across site development, public affairs, and legal teams to ensure accuracy and alignment with timelines, while transforming complex data into accessible narratives for diverse audiences.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of content strategy, communications, or public affairs focused on infrastructure or economic development.
• Experience developing stakeholder-facing content that communicates economic impact or workforce outcomes.
• Experience collaborating with government relations, legal, and site development teams on regulatory communications.
• Experience establishing content governance frameworks across complex, multi-site programs.
• Experience translating quantitative data into clear narratives for non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a comprehensive content strategy tied to siting, permitting, and construction lifecycle.
• Author and edit community impact reports, analyses, briefings, and public-facing narratives for data center projects.
• Collaborate with site development, public affairs, government relations, and legal teams for accuracy and timelines.
• Translate economic impact data into accessible content for local officials, community groups, and media.
• Establish a governance framework standardizing messaging and data presentation across the portfolio.
• Capture localized project stories and integrate them into broader corporate narratives.
• Lead content for economic development negotiations and local hiring documentation.
• Define content workflows, calendars, and quality standards for data centers.
• Provide editorial direction to cross-functional contributors and partners.
• Track trends in data center community relations and infrastructure communications.
