Data Centers are considered Critical Facilities. This means that we support hospitals, laboratories, and public safety centers. Simply put - We cannot go dark. In this 12-week internship program you will learn all the necessities in becoming a data center technician/engineer.

The Opportunity

This includes electrical, mechanical, fiber optics, and HVAC systems, fire systems, building automation systems / building mechanical systems as well as customer focused sales opportunities.

Your Background Includes

• The ability to lift and carry 50 lbs. and are agile in manual dexterity (climb, stoop, et.)
• The flexibility to work any assigned shift, off-schedule, fill in for workmate, respond to emergencies, holidays, nights etc.
• Skills such as experience with HVAC, plumbing, fiber optics, ethernet, switches and servers, electrical, diesel generator, fire systems and building automation systems/ building mechanical systems are welcomed but not required
• A natural curiosity and strong troubleshooting skills
• Strong customer service mindset – whether the customer is your co-worker, a supplier or client
• Dedication and commitment to doing things with precision and accuracy
• High School Diploma

The targeted pay range for this position in the following location is:

United States: $25 - $35 / Hourly

Our pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full‑time position determined by role, level, and location. The pay range shown is based on our compensation structure in place at the time of posting and may be updated periodically based on business needs. Individual pay is based on additional factors Including Job-related Skills, Experience, And Relevant Education And/or Training.

The targeted pay range listed reflects the base pay only and does not include bonus, equity, or benefits. Employees are eligible for bonus, and equity may be offered depending on the position.
