Job summary

Patriarche is expanding its Data Center capabilities and seeks a Data Center Design Lead / Generalist to guide design, development, and operations for large-scale critical infrastructure projects.

The role requires deep experience in hyperscale/colocation projects, coordinating architecture, structural, MEP, BIM, and construction disciplines, and acting as a key technical design lead throughout project phases. English fluency is essential, French is a plus.

Qualifications

• Higher education degree in engineering, architecture, or a related field.
• Significant experience in the design of Data Centers or critical infrastructure.
• Strong cross-disciplinary understanding of design, construction, and operational requirements.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary projects.
• Good knowledge of hyperscale or mission-critical environments.
• Fluent English; knowledge of French would be a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define design strategies for Data Center projects.

• Ensure the technical and functional consistency of projects.
• Contribute to feasibility, design, and construction phases.
• Support clients with technical and operational considerations.

Patriarche is continuing to expand its Data Center business and is looking for a Data Center Design Lead / Generalist to support the design and development of large-scale critical infrastructure projects.

We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong background in hyperscale, colocation, or mission-critical projects, able to bring a comprehensive understanding of Data Center design, construction, and operations.

Working within multidisciplinary teams, you will coordinate the various areas of expertise involved in our projects and act as a key technical design lead throughout the different project phases.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Defining design strategies for Data Center projects.
• Coordinating architecture, structural, MEP, BIM, and construction disciplines.
