Job summary

EdgeConneX is seeking a Delivery Director to own a data center site from construction through turnover to Operations. The DD is the single-threaded owner of schedule, budget, the Design Build partner relationship, and the customer relationship, supported by the TPM for technical deliverables.

This on-site role requires hands-on leadership, cross-functional coordination with TPM, PC Manager, and Customer PMO to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and proactive risk management.

Qualifications

• 8+ years delivering data center or critical infrastructure construction projects.
• Experience managing Design Build / EPC / partner relationships and day‑to‑day construction management.
• Experience owning budgets, schedules, risk registers, and customer-facing reporting on capital construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Own the project schedule (Level 0) and budget, with TPM providing technical direction.
• Manage the Design Build partner relationships and escalation of cross‑cutting issues.
• Own project risk registers, mitigation plans, and reporting to stakeholders.
• Serve as primary delivery counterpart to Customer PMO and ensure DD‑validated content is reflected in status reports.
• Coordinate with TPM, PC Manager, and Customer PMO on turnover readiness and contract/change order matters.
• Produce clear, timely project status for customer reporting and executive visibility.
