Job summary

Kent Companies seeks a Superintendent for its National Mission Critical Division to lead field operations on complex concrete construction projects across the United States, including Mission Critical and Data Center facilities. You will coordinate manpower, equipment, and schedules while ensuring safety, quality, and budget adherence.

Travel nationally about 90% and lead multi-disciplinary teams, partnering with Safety, PM, and Division Leadership to deliver projects safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years in concrete construction with 3+ years as a Superintendent.
• 1+ year of experience on Mission Critical/Data Center projects.
• Bilingual English/Spanish highly preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to travel nationally ~90% of the time.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.
• U.S. work authorization without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety as job site leader with daily reporting and toolbox talks.
• Study drawings and updates; alert management to errors.
• Manage budgets and push work forward within budget constraints.
• Communicate clearly with team and clients on site expectations.
• Oversee field crews, subcontractors, and materials; manage look-aheads.
• Ensure quality aligns with means and methods; verify layouts from drawings.
