Job summary

Mortenson is seeking a General Superintendent I in Lincoln, Nebraska, responsible for overseeing project site work and construction activities. This role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management and a minimum of 14 years of related experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 14 years construction management or related experience.
• Basic understanding of multiple Mortenson systems (i.e., labor, financial, safety, quality, scheduling and planning).
• Current driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the management of construction activities and task assignments.
• Work with Project Manager(s) to manage craft labor and materials.
• Drive effective pre-construction planning sessions and project site meetings.
