Rowan Digital Infrastructure is seeking a Project Safety Manager to support a data center project in Lytle, TX. The role involves leading safety for construction, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring readiness for operations.

This onsite position requires 7+ years in safety, a safety degree, and BCSP credentials. Travel is 10-15%, and compensation ranges from $110K to $130K with bonus potential.

Qualificações

• 7+ years as a safety professional within a construction delivery organization.
• Bachelor's degree in safety-related field.
• BCSP certifications such as CSP/ASP/CHST.
• OSHA knowledge for Construction and General Industry.
• Experience with electrical, cranes, trench and excavation safety.
• Experience with incident investigation and hazard analysis.
• Proficient safety software (Procore, Highwire) and MS Office.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end construction safety for data center projects.
• Monitor safety of site infrastructure and core/shell construction.
• Ensure GC compliance with Rowan safety programs.
• Collaborate with Development, Engineering, and Procurement teams.
• Drive continuous safety improvements and best practices.
• Promote safety culture and lead safety programs.
• Maintain and report EHS metrics.
• Analyze safety data and trends to identify risks.
• Support investigations with contractors.
• Develop and implement safety plans and procedures.
• Lead site High Risk Activity meetings.
• Manage a team of safety professionals.
