Job summary

A leading data center provider in Avondale, Arizona is seeking a Construction Project Manager who will be responsible for managing multi-phased construction projects and ensuring they meet schedule, budget, and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management and more than 5 years of experience in commercial construction, ideally within data centers. This role offers a competitive salary range of $130,000 to $180,000 along with various benefits including a performance bonus and fully paid employee premiums for insurance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in commercial construction practices.
• Data center experience highly preferred.
• Effective presentation development and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage multi-phased projects to achieve schedule, budget, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with the EH&S Officer to ensure site construction safety procedures.
• Create and monitor project budgets and schedules.
